Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Balumath P.S case no. 50/2024, registered under sections 323,324,325,307,326,341/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Latehar. On the basis of land dispute, free fight ensued between the informant party and the accused persons, both the sides sustained injuries. Learned lawyer for the petitioners submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It was further submitted that the occurrence has taken place due to land dispute. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the informant has sustained grievous injury. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the fact that there is case and counter case between both the parties and both the sides have sustained injuries, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S Case no. 50/2024.
