Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ order, or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of mandamus and declaring the inaction of the respondents on Petitioners representation dt.23.06.2025 is highly illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and clear violation of Articles 14,21 and 300-A Constitution of India and principles of natural Justice and consequently to direct the respondents 2 to 5 conduct the survey with the 6th respondent Police Aid for fixation of the boundary Pegs of the Petitioners land an extent of Ac 2.33 cents in Sy.No. 158/4 situated at Chinna Kambaluru Vilalge, Rudravaarm Mandal, Nandyala District and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondents 2 to 5 conduct survey with the 6**^ respondent Police Aid for fixation of the boundary Pegs of the Petitioner’s land an extent of Ac 2.33 cents in Sy.No. 158/4 situated at Chinna Kambaluru Vilalge, Rudravaarm Mandal, Nandyala District and pass s Counsel for the Petitioner:

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 has not considered the representation dated 23.06.2025 (Ex.P1) made by him. 2.
Heard Sri M. Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.V. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue

appeared for respondents 1 to 5 and Sri Ajay, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appeared for respondent No.6. Notice of respondent No.7 is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed against the right and interest of respondent No.7. 3. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made an application to conduct a survey. However, respondents 4 & 5 are not surveying the land of an extent of Ac.2.33 cents in Sy.No.158/4 of Chinna Kambaluru Village, Rudravaram Mandal, Nandyala District. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner did not make any F-Line application to conduct a survey. 5. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will make an F-Line application upon payment of the requisite fee. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, giving liberty to the petitioner to make F-line application upon payment of the requisite fee to survey in respect of an extent of Ac.2.33 cents in Sy.No.158/4 of Chinna Kambaluru Village, Rudravaram Mandal, Nandyala District. If such an application is filed, the learned respondents 4 & 5 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per law. No order as to costs.
