Anujaya Singh (corpus) has replied that petitioner No.2- Parmatma Kumar had solemnized the alleged marriage fraudulently and, accordingly, she has denied to go along with him. 4. Accordingly, the petitioner no.1 Smt. Anujaya Singh (corpus) is free to go with her father (respondent no.5). 5. The present Habeas Corpus Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. 6. The present Habeas Corpus Petition, is accordingly, dismissed.
