Eswaramurthi, petitioner/party in person and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology for the respondents. The grievance of the writ petitioner is against the respondents in not considering and passing appropriate orders on the representations made by the petitioner in the year 2019 for grant of mining lease for colour granite 2. over an extent of 1.980 Hectares in Sy.No. 152/1, 152/2, 152/4, 152/5 of Melumdoddi Village, Punganur Mandal, Chittoor District. 3. As per the said G.O., all the pending applications as on 13.03.2022 are declared eligible, and they are now being considered in accordance with the conditions mentioned in the G.O.Ms.No.100, dated 26.06.2025. It is further submitted that the application filed by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with the said G.O.Ms.No.100. Having regard to the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petitions directing the respondents to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the order and pass appropriate orders in 5. terms of G.O.Ms.No.100, dated 26.06.2025.
