Shahidur Rahman, learned counsel on record for the contempt petitioners sought leave of this Court to not to press the captioned contempt petition, withdraw the same and learned counsel made a further plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the contempt petitioners to file a contempt case afresh albeit before Hon’ble Single Bench qua order dated 21.11.2022 made by Hon’ble learned Single Bench in WP(C)No. 719 of 2019. This request is acceded to.
