The petitioner is aggrieved of the alleged fake bill/notice for depositing an amount of Rs. 52028/-. It is contended that the petitioner has paid the bills of electricity consumed by him regularly and till date no outstanding exists in the name of the petitioner but still the respondents without any justification have issued the fake bill/notice mentioned above. 2. Issue notice to the respondents. 3. Ms. Nisha Kangotra, Advocate appearing vice Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG waives notice on behalf of the respondents. She submits that appropriate orders may be passed. 4. In view of the controversy involved in the instant petition, the instant petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to project his grievance with the respondents by filing a complaint on the web portal of the respondents within a period of seven days from today and in the Serial No. 90 2 WP(C) No. 595/2025 event complaint is lodged by the petitioner, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law and till the grievance of the petitioner is considered and appropriate decision is taken by the respondents, no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondents against the petitioner. 5. Needless to say that in the event the petitioner does not lodge any complaint on the web portal of the respondents within a period of seven days as mentioned above, the respondents shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. 6.
