The learned Senior counsel insists on grant of an interim order. The learned DSGI Sri. Shanthi Bhushan H., submits that he has instructions that inspection would be conducted and appropriate certificate will be issued to the petitioner on such inspection on or before 5thMay 2025. 4. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the respondent to conduct an inspection on or before 5th May 2025 and issue a certificate thereon. 5.
