BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH MAZUMDAR ORDER 01.12.2025 Heard Ms S Sarma Hazarika, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr I Borthakur, learned Standing Counsel, Forest Department.
2. On the last occasion, this Court had observed that the parties were consenting to attempt a conciliation proceeding. Today, the learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an arrangement, and, therefore, the petitioner would not like to pursue the matter in its present from. She, accordingly, prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition in the present form, with a liberty to approach again, in case of violation of any terms of the agreement.
3. At the consensus of the parties, this writ petition is closed, since the learned counsel for the parties have made a submission that the parties have arrived at a conciliation.
