(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 1.1.2026, issued by the Director Ayush, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed has been duly complied with. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that bill amounting to Rs. 1,34,893/- pertaining to the arrears on account of consequential benefits has been 2 passed by the District Treasury Officer on 31.12.2025 and same has been credited in the bank account of the petitioner. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings qua surviving grievance, if any.
