ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents No. 3 to 5 in registering a crime on the complaint, dated, 17-04- 2025 submitted by petitioner as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast upon them, colorable exercise of power and voilative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.3 to 5 to register basing on the complaint, dated 17/04/2025 given by petitioner and pass.…”
2. Heard Ms.S.Parineeta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not registering the FIR on the complaint dated 17.04.2025 made by the petitioner.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that a case been registered and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
