By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to arrest the F.I.R.-named accused persons in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No.774 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, during the course of hearing in the application, drew the attention of this Court to the fact that on the grievance of the Petitioner, Tangi P.S. Case No.774 of 2025 was registered on 13.11.2025. However, there has been no visible progress in the investigation, including the apprehension of the accused persons. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, it is directed that the Opposite Party No.3, i.e. the I.I.C., Tangi P.S shall monitor the investigation, if the same is not being conducted by him personally, and ensure that the investigation is carried out in a free, fair, and diligent manner. In the event it is necessary, the I.I.C. shall also take steps for the apprehension of the accused persons if would be required for the purpose of investigation and shall make endeavour to complete the investigation within a period of one month by submission of the Final Form, if any, if there be no other legal impediment. 5.
