K Karmakar, Advocate ------ Order No: 04/ Dated: 17.03.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, has fairly submitted that the charges have been framed against the petitioner on the same day after rejecting the discharge petition vide order dated 10.12.2024 and one (01) witness has been examined and as such, he seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Revision with liberty to raise all points during the trial. 2. It is further submitted that even after lodging the F.I.R by the O.P No. 2 against the petitioner, O.P No.2 was still continuously sending the messages to the petitioner on his mobile phone for few months and the petitioner may be allowed to raise this point at the time of trial. 3. No objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the state as well as learned counsel for the O.P No. 2. 4. Learned counsel for the O.P No. 2 has submitted that today is also date fixed for evidence. 2 5. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to witndraw this Criminal Revision No. 71 of 2025 with liberty to raise all points during the trial. 6.
