The present petition has been filed under Section 36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“the Act”) seeking stay of the enforcement of the arbitral award dated 28.01.2020 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal. 2. The petitioner had earlier challenged the said award dated 28.01.2020 by filing GA 02/2021 in AP No. 550/2017. By a separate judgment dated 14.01.2026, this Court dismissed the said Application GA 02/2021 in AP 550/2017 as not maintainable. 3. In view of the aforesaid dismissal, the present petition seeking enforcement of the interim award dated 28.01.2020 no longer survives and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. (GAURANG KANTH, J.)
