Learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to a mistake, the applicants filed a single bail application containing two separate bail orders, whereas it should have been filed as two separate bail applications, and as such, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh and better constituted application.

Learned counsel for the other side has no objection.
4. I.A. 01/2025, which is an application for withdrawal of the bail application is allowed.
