Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 13.03.2024. Counsel for the respondents submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 6. A Mandamus is ordered directing the third respondent to consider the representation that appears to have been submitted by the petitioner on 13.03.2024 vide Annexure-F in accordance with the law, if not already considered as of today within two weeks from the receipt of the certified copy of this order. 7.
