JUSTICE N. UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR ORDER 19.11.2025 Mr. S. Kotoki, learned Standing Counsel, AEGCL on instructions has submitted that the authorities had vide an office order dated 14.10.2025 reduced the probation period of the petitioner from 2(two) years to 1(one) year in terms of the earlier office order dated 26.05.2022. The reduction in the period of probation of the petitioner, also having mandating release of financial benefits to the petitioner in the authorised scale of pay, the arrears receivable by the petitioner was also computed and the amount so computed came to be released to the petitioner in his bank account. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said position. In view of the said developments taking place in the matter, the reliefs claimed for in the present writ petition is seen to have been already granted to the petitioner herein.
