THIS WP IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO-QUASH THE
ORDER DATED 20.01.2018 IN APPEAL NO.80/2015, PASSED BY THE KARNATAK APPELLATE TRIBUNAL, BENGALURU (ANNEXURE-L) AND ETC.,
THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH
ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the order dated 20.01.2018 in Appeal No.80/2015 passed by Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru (Annexure-L) and the endorsement dated 30.04.2014 (Annexure-J), issued by respondent No.3 as well as the endorsement dated 23.05.2014 (Annexure-K) issued by respondent No.4.
2. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, I have carefully considered the grounds urged in the writ petition as well as the finding recorded by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal in Appeal No.80/2015.

3. Taking into consideration, the finding recorded by respondent authorities which came to be confirmed by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, wherein, the endorsement has been issued to the petitioner in respect of the land in question as there is a prohibition for grant of land in question, in view of the Government circular dated 23.05.2005 under Rule 10 of the Karnataka Land Grant Rules, 1969, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this writ petition. It is also to be noted that, as per the report submitted by the Tahsildar dated 14.11.2013, which makes it clear that the land in question is situated at a distance of half kilometers from pattana panchayath limits and therefore, I do not find any merit in this writ petition.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. SD/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE
