This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 4 in interfering into the civil disputes of the petitioners herein as illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and in violation of Articles 14, 16, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondent No. 4 not to interfere into the civil disputes of the petitioners by calling them to the Kalasapadu Police Station, YSR Kadapa District by following the Rules and Regulations and to pass .…”
2. Heard Sri V.R.Mannepalli, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled out of Court, and in view of the said settlement, this Writ Petition may be closed as infructuous.
