Accordingly, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by giving liberty to the Petitioners to approach the concerned Tribunal by filing appropriate application. 3. It goes without saying that since the matter is pending before this Court since last six years and the Petitioners have also moved earlier; as such, if any question of limitation will arise, the same shall be considered in view of the aforesaid fact.
