By filing this Interlocutory application, the applicant, who is the petitioner in WP(C) 7136/2025, has prayed for amendment of the cause title by substituting the Superintendent of Police (Border) Barpeta, i.e. respondent no.4, by the Superintendent of Police (Border), Bajali, Pathshala. 3. It is submitted that initially the place of residence of the petitioner fell within the jurisdiction of district Barpeta and after creation of district Bajali, the residence of the petitioner is within the new district and accordingly, the Superintendent of Police (Border), Barpeta did not accept the order dated Page No.# 3/4 12.12.2025, passed by this Court in WP(C) 7136/2025, by which bail was granted to the petitioner. 4. The learned State counsel and the learned standing counsel for the FT matters have no objection to the prayer made. 5. Accordingly the application stands allowed. 6. The petitioner is permitted to substitute respondent no.4, Superintendent of Police (Border), Barpeta by Superintendent of Police (Border), Bajali, Pathshala. 7. The petitioner shall submit a typed out of the amended cause title to the A.O.J., FT Section, to do the needful in terms of the order. 8. In view of above, further 10 (ten) days time from the date of this order is granted to the applicant, namely, Easin Ali @ Eyachin Ali to appear before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Bajali, Pathshala and to take bail in terms of order dated 12.12.2025 passed in WP(C) 7136/2025. 9. This order shall be read together with order dated 12.12.2025 passed in WP(C) 7136/2025. 10. Accordingly, in the event the petitioner appears before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Bajali, Pathshala, within the time allowed, the said authority shall do the needful in terms of the directions contained in the Page No.# 4/4 hereinbefore referred order dated 12.12.2025. 11.
