Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Manatu PS Case No. 39 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 353, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused in this case have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and he is in custody since 07.07.2025 as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances that the several co-accused in B.A No. 7510 of 2024, B.A No. 10987 of 2024, B.A No. 1442 of 2025, B.A No. 10611 of 2023 have been granted bail

by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau in connection with Manatu PS Case No. 39 of 2023.

It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial Court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall cooperate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
