No. 84717 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in bail application of Cr. Misc. No. 84717 of 2024 the name of petitioner no. 2 namely Najara Khatoon is wrongly typed as Majara Khatoon. As a result of this, in earlier order dated 07.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 84717 of 2024 of this Court name of petitioner no. 2 namely Najara Khatoon is typed in place of Majara Khatoon. 3. Thus, the order dated 07.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23394 of 2025(2) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 84717 of 2024 is modified to the extent that name of the petitioner no. 2, namely, ‘Majara Khatoon’ be read as Najara Khatoon.
