Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 21/22/27(a)/28/29/30 of the NDPS Act.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is languishing in jail since 28.2.2025. He further submits that co-accused has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench in BA No. 7899 of 2025 vide order dated
15.09.2025. He further submits that the quantity of the recovered alleged brown sugar is 5.48 grams, which is marginally above the minimum threshold of 5 grams.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts of the case and considering the fact that the co-accused has already been granted bail, the Petitioner is enlarged on bail by furnishing bail bond of ₹ 20,000/- each (INR Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge-NDPS Act, Jamshedpur in connection with Jugsalai P.S. Case No.21 of 2025, arising out of N.D.P.S Case No.32 of
2025.
6. It is made clear that during trial the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co-operate in trial. Further the petitioner will submit photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and mobile number before the court below which he will always keep active and will not change and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to take appropriate action.
