This interlocutory application has been preferred seeking suspension of the sentence of SI for six months imposed by the learned trial Court. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner has already spent more than four months out of the sentenced of six months. 4. In view of the above, the reminder of the sentenced shall remain suspended pending disposal of the connected revision. 5. It is further provided that the petitioner, namely, Mr. Mukul Nath, shall be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with a suitable surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court in the aforesaid case. 6.
