This petition was filed seeking directions to the respondents to award six grace marks in subject of Environmental Studies code 1006 of B.Sc. Part -I Examination held in 2013. 2. As per pleadings, the petitioner secured 29 marks out of 100 marks in Environmental Studies and requested the university to grant six grace marks. Aggrieved by inaction of the university, the present petition was filed. 3. Learned counsel for respondent-University relies upon the marksheet annexed with the reply as Annexure R1 and submits that the marks of the petitioner in Environmental Studies have been increased to 36 by granting grace marks and she was declared pass.
