2. At the outset, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) has drawn the attention of this Court to the provisions of Section 482(4) of the BNSS, which provide that nothing in the said section shall apply to any case involving the arrest of any person or accusation of commission of an offence under Section 65 and sub-section (2) of Section 70 of the BNS, 2023.
3. It is submitted that the allegations in the FIR disclose offences for which the case has been registered under Sections 127(2) and 70(2) of the BNS,
2023.
4. Keeping in view the statutory bar on consideration of an application of the nature of the present anticipatory bail petition, the same stands closed at this stage. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
