Heard Sri Dhanunjaya Baru, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Divya Tej, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, appeared for respondents 1 to 4. 3. When the piatter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 14.10.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25883 of 2023. 4. Given the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, in terms of the order dated 14.10.2023 passed in ( 3 of 4 SRS,J W.P. No. 17569 of 2025 W.P.No.25883 of 2023, directing respondent No.4 to receive, register and release the document presented by the petitioner in respect of tbe subject property, subject to fulfilment of the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. The authority shall complete the registration process and release the document, following the procedure. In case of any objection to register the document, the authority shall assign mandated under Section 71 of the Indian Registration Act, and communicate the same to the petitioner,, enabling the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him.
