Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order no. 02 dated 19.09.2025 passed in this case, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was again rejected for the same reasons as mentioned in the earlier order of rejection dated 09.05.2025 passed in B.A. No. 3775 of 2025 in connection with Daltonganj Sadar P. S. case no. 0004 of 2025 but because of printing error, ‘Daltonganj Sadar P. S. case no. 0004 of 2024’ has been wrongly printed instead of ‘Daltonganj Sadar P. S. case no. 0004 of 2025’ in the first para of the order dated 19.09.2025, hence, it is submitted that the aforesaid order no. 02 dated 19.09.2025 passed in this case be modified. Considering the aforesaid facts, the order no. 02 dated 19.09.2025 passed in this case is modified to the extent that ‘Daltonganj Sadar P. S. case no. 0004 of 2024’ be read as ‘Daltonganj Sadar P.
