Subsequently in the 2014, he got acquittal, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned respondent will consider a fresh representation of the petitioner taking note of the judgment passed by Supreme Court in Ram Lal Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors, (2024) 1 SCC 175 and M. Paul Anthony Vs. Bharat Gold Mines Ltd. & Anr, AIR 1999 SC 1416 as well as communications referred and annexed in this writ petition, expeditiously.
