GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondents in interfering in civil disputes, calling the petitioner to police station and forcing the petitioner to settle the disputes and trying to dispossess the petitioner forcibly from the land in S.No.33/2 an extent of Ac,9-73 cents situated at Thonduni village. Varadaiahpalcm Mandal as illegal, arbitrary and without authority and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in civil matters and possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of the land in S.No.33/2 an extent of Ac.9-73 cents situated at Thonduru village, Varadaiahpalem Mandal.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, the Respondents – Police never interfered with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents, they never called the Petitioner to the Police Station and never forced him to settle the disputes with the unofficial Respondents. 3. Sri P.Ganga Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
