The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 25.04.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.9175/2024 [KLR-RES]. 2. In terms of the said order, this Court had directed the Assistant Director of Land Records, Bengaluru South Taluk and the Special Tahsildar, Bengaluru South Taluk, to carry out the phodi and durast in terms of the online application filed by the complainant on 21.11.2022, which is Annexed as Annexure-D1 to the said writ petition. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34891-DB CCC No. 114 of 2025 3. The said directions, admittedly, were not complied with. 4. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the accused submits that said exercise was not conducted in view of a letter issued by the complainant for not carrying out the said exercise and now the complainant claims that the said letter was not issued by him and it does not bears his signature. Taking note of the same, the accused has filed a criminal complaint. 5. Not withstanding the same, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the order passed by this Court would be complied with within a period of four (4) weeks from the date. 6. In view of the said statement, the present complaint is closed with liberty to the complainant to revive the same, if the statement made today is not adhered to.
