Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (oral) The present Review Petition is filed by the State through Superintending Engineer against the cost of Rs.25,000/- imposed upon the Chief Engineer, which was to be paid by him out of his own pocket. 2. In such circumstances, as the concerned Chief Engineer has not filed the Review Petition, I am of the considered opinion that the State as such is not liable to agitate for him and thus, has no locus-standi to file the Review Petition. Even otherwise, the order was passed in 2 the presence of the Counsel for the State in the open Court. 3 Therefore, no case is made out for review. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. (G.S.
