Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The allegation against the petitioners is that they had stolen a large quantity of packaged Agor wood boxes from the residence of the informant. It is submitted that the petitioners have already spent 59 days behind the jail and all the stolen articles had been recovered. The Case Diary of the present case has not been received despite several reminders. Considering the period of detention, the prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioners shall be released on bail with a bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hojai, Assam in connection with the Murajhar PS Case No. 195/2025 under Section 305 BNS, 2023.
