2. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased, Tadimarri Bhagya, daughter of the de-facto complainant, was married to Accused No.1, and they had two children. After two years of marriage, Accused Nos.1 to 3 allegedly harassed her, used abusI-Ve language, and demanded additional dowry and divorce. The deceased returned to her parental home, stayed there for 20 b cands days, and expressed to her mother that she preferred(suicide over continued harassment. She later dl-ed by hanging herself from an iron hook at her ParentS' house. She was taken to the Area Hospital, where she was declared brought dead.. Hence, a case was registered. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. perused the record. 4.
SrI' N. Ranga Reddy, the learned counsel forthe petitionersubmits that the petitioner has not committed any offence; petitioner was falsely implicated by the police in the crim`e; petitioner is the sole breadwinner; petitioner would abide by any conditions to be imposed by this court; and urged to allow the petition. --'-'-±± i= Dr.YLRIJ CRL. P. No.7232/2025
5. Per confra, Ms. P. AkhI|la Naidu, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, opposed in granting of bail, stating that some more material wI'tneSSeS have tO be examined; investigatI-On iS not completed; I-f the Petitioner iS enlarged on bail,. he would not be available for the investigation and he would escape from the clutches of law,I and urged to dismiss the bail petition. 6. As seen from the record, the allegation against the petitioner/Accused No.1 is that he abetted his wife/de;eased to take extreme step of putting an end to her life. The petitioner is working as Government Lecturer of polytechnic college. A Memo has been filed appending with call details of the mobI'Ie number of the deceased from Jio Digital Life, wherein on several occasions, quite long time, the deceased has been hours together talking with One constable Who reSI-deS near tO her house. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that Tadimarri Bhagya (deceased) maintained an external marital relationship with the said constable. Learned counsel while drawing the attention of this court to the call data records, submits that the petitl'oner was not a dutiful wI'fe, She herself created chaos in the family and went away from the company of the petitioner 20 days prior to her suicide. Tadimarri Bhagya (deceased) ended her Iife by hangI'ng herself in the house of her parents, but not in the house of the Petitioner. An agreem.ent was entered in between the petitioner and the Parents Of the deceased On 03.06.2025 wherein several arrangements were affected.
The pet`iii9ner and deceased were blessed with two children who are

The petitioner was arrested on o3.06.2025, ever since he has been in the judicial custody for the past 50 days. 8. ln view of the above, considering the nature and gravity of allegation levelled against the petitI'Oner, and his alleged role-in the case, the fact that two children of the petitioner and deceased are with the petl'tioner and the period of detention undergone by the petitioner in judicial custody, this court deems it` fit to enlarge the petitioner on bail with the following stringent conditions: i.`The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall be enlarged on bail subject to he executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences Against Women, Ananthapuramu. ii.
