(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 20.5.2025, issued under the signature of Executive Engineer, B&R Division, HPPWD, Nahan, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with. 2. Perusal of afore communication, which is taken on record, reveals that government has decided to implement the judgment subject to final outcome of appeal filed by the department and necessary direction with regard to compliance, has been issued to the field office and notification under Section 11 has been undertaken to be issued within two weeks. 2 3. Consequently, in view of the above, there appears to be no justification to keep the present petition alive and accordingly, the same is closed. Notices discharged. However, respondents-contemnors are directed to ensure that notification under Section 11 if not already issued, is issued positively within two weeks, transfer failing which they would aggravate the contempt and petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived, so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken against the erring officials.
