Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the 5th respondent in registering a case in Crime No. 539 of 2020 of Vatsavai Police Station dated 7.10.2020 against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 153, 505 (2) of IPC and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act 2000-2008 basing on the complaint lodged by the 6th respondent by abusing the process of law as illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 14, 19 (1) (a) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently quash the proceedings in Crime No. 539 of 2020 of Vatsavayi Police Station, Krishna District, and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to stay all further proceedings in Crime No. 539 of 2020 of Vatsavai Police Station, Krishna District, pending disposal of the main writ petition, and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
