ORAL ORDER
Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri. K. Krishna, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.5.
2. In this writ petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent No.4 to rectify the RTCs in respect of the land bearing Survey No.30 of Kommaghatta Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk in terms of the order dated 18th October, 2024 (Annexure-M) passed by the respondent No.3 in Case No.R.A.(S) 391/2024.
3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ papers, the same would indicate that the petitioners are claiming rectification of RTCs in respect of the land bearing Survey No.30 of Kommaghatta Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk in terms of the
order dated 18th October, 2024 (Annexure-M) passed by the respondent No.3 in case No.R.A.(S)391/2024. In that view of the matter, as the petitioners are seeking relief of mandamus

against the respondent No.4, the same shall precede demand and refusal by the respondent-Authorities. Therefore, petitioners are permitted to file a representation to the respondent No.4, seeking redressal of their grievance, within a week from the date of receipt of this order. If such a representation is filed by petitioners, the respondent No.4 shall consider the same and take decision in the matter, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of representation that may be made by the petitioners in accordance with law. With this observation, writ petition stands
disposed of.
