(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 31.12.2024 issued under the signature of Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division Karsog, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, stands complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as copy of office order dated 12.12.2024, annexed therewith, which is taken on record, this Court finds that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, stands complied with subject to final outcome of the 2 SLP filed by respondent-State in CWPOA No. 2274 of 2024, titled Satya Devi v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, present petition is disposed of.
