The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following relief: “(I) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to this case for it's kind perusal; and (II) The Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and further be pleased to quash the entire criminal proceedings (including registration of complaint and issuance of process) running against the petitioner (the accused persons) in Criminal Case No. 137/18 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Jaijaipur, District- Janjgir- Champa (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Case No. 137 of 2018, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide order dated 11.09.2021. 3.
