The Petitioner was appointed as Helper on 18.11.1994 and he was promoted as Assistant Line Man. Subsequently, he was promoted as Lineman on 25.04.2002. While so, a Provisional Seniority List was issued, wherein the name of the Petitioner was placed wrongly at Sl.No.26, instead of Sl.No.10, which is original place of the Petitioner. Though, the Petitioner had submitted objections against the Provisional Seniority List, the apprehension is that the final Seniority List would be issued without considering the objections made by the Petitioner. 3. Mr. V.V.Satish, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents would submit that the objections of the Petitioner would be considered before issuing the final Seniority List. 4. Recording the submissions made, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition with following direction: i) The Respondent Authorities are directed to consider the objections of the Petitioner dated 01.07.2025 before issuing final Seniority List. 5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
