This is the Appeal by the State against the Judgment and Award dated 19/03/2008, passed by the Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Beed, in Land Acquisition Reference No.740/2006. 2. It is submitted by the learned AGP appearing for the Appellant – State that, the State has taken policy decisions by issuing Government Resolution dated 03/11/2016 and Corrigindum dated 23/02/2017, not to challenge the Awards, wherein, the enhancement of compensation by the Reference Court is up to four [4] times of the compensation awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Offcer [SLAO]. He submits that, in the present GGP 2025:BHC-AUG:14211 2 36FA1451.2019.odt Appeal, the SLAO granted the compensation @ Rs.500/- per R. and the learned Reference Court enhanced the same @ Rs.1500/- per R., which comes within four [4] times and covered by the aforesaid Government Resolutions. He submits that, this Appeal can be disposed off. 3. The learned Advocate for the Respondents – Claimants submits that, appropriate order be passed. 4. There is no dispute on the above referred aspects. This Court has considered the aforesaid Government Resolution and disposed off the several Appeals, which were covered by the said Government Resolutions. Considering the aforesaid rates and submissions made by the learned AGP, the Appeal stands disposed off in terms of the aforesaid Government Resolutions. 5.
