Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for the respondents. 2. A notice vide Roc.A/195/2025, dated 23.06.2025 (Ex.P5) under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’) was issued to the petitioner by respondent No.4. The petitioner submitted an explanation dated 04.07.2025 (Ex.P6). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner got the land of an extent of Ac.1.84 cents in Sy.No.4/1 of Aallamadugu Village, SRS,J W.P.No.17566 of 2025 Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, by way of D-Form Patta dated 24.05.1999 (Ex.P1). The Revenue Officials issued Pattadar Passbook (Ex.P2). Despite the submission of an explanation by the petitioner, without passing an order, respondent No.4 is trying to dispossess the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.4 will pass appropriate orders and till an appropriate order is passed, the authority will not interfere with the aforementioned property. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, with the consent of both the learned counsel directing the respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders in pursuance of the explanation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.07.2025 (Ex.P6) to the notice dated 23.06.2025 (Ex.P5), strictly as per Law. Till an appropriate order is passed, respondent No.4 shall not interfere with land of an extent of Ac.1.84 cents in Sy.No.4/1 of Aallamadugu Village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District. No order as to costs.
