It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the facts of the instant cases are identical to the case titled as ‘Mangtulla and another V/s State of J&K & others’ bearing OWP No.532/2016 that came to be disposed of by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.11.2021 on the basis of an earlier identical case bearing OWP No.591/2016, disposed of by the Hon’ble Division Bench vide order dated 02.11.2021 and accordingly, prays for the disposal of this petitions in terms of the aforesaid orders. 02. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Deputy Commissioner, Ramban to constitute a team for assessing the damage, if any, having been caused to the property of the petitioner during which process of assessment, the petitioner shall also be heard. In case of the assessment of any loss, the appropriate compensation be paid to him. The needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order along with complete set of paper book is made available to the Deputy Commissioner, Ramban.
