Yara Singh, learned counsel who was before this Court sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned ‘MC’ (‘Miscellaneous Case’ for the sake of brevity) and made a plea to preserve all rights and contentions to come up with/to file a fresh MC after making course corrections as according to learned counsel, inadvertent errors have crept in qua captioned MC.
