The cause of action on which the writ petition was founded does not survive. Faced with this Sri Gyanendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authority may decide his case in an expeditious time frame and the petitioner may be permitted to raise his further grievance regarding entries in the records. The competent authority shall decide the proceedings expeditiously as per law. It is always open to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the competent authority in accordance with law.
