Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 111(2) (b)/111(3)/111(4)/112(2)/317(2)/317(4)/318(2)/318(4)/319(2)/336(2)/336(3)/338/3 40(2)/3(5) of B.N.S. 2023 and under section 66(B)/66(C)/66 (D) of I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2025. He lastly submits that the several co-accused persons have been granted bail by the coordinate bench of this Court in B.A. No. 7456 of 2025.
4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused person has been granted bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka, in connection with Ramgarh, P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025.

It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co- operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
