ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop No.1345021 situated at Perusomala village, Sanjamala Mandal, Nandyal District without there being any
order of suspension or cancellation of authorization of the petitioner.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the Deputy Tahsildar conducted inspection in the fair price shop of the petitioner on 12.03.2025 and thereafter a report was sent to the 2nd respondent for initiating action against the petitioner. Pursuant to the said report, the 2nd respondent issued show cause notice dated 18.03.2025 calling the petitioner to submit explanation as to why her authorization shall not be cancelled. It is the further case of the petitioner that she submitted explanation dated 05.04.2025 to the show cause notice. It is the specific case of the petitioner that without passing any order, the 2nd respondent stopped supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner.
3. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies placed instructions dated 18.07.2025 furnished by the 2nd

respondent. On perusal of the said instructions, it is clear that pursuant to the explanation offered by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent by proceedings dated 26.03.2025 suspended the authorization of the petitioner. In view of the same, the essential commodities are not supplied to the petitioner. Unless the said order of suspension is challenged, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is closed. It is needless to mention that the petitioner is at liberty to question the suspension order dated 26.03.2025, if she is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
