The bail application has been filed by the petitioner namely, Manaj Digal Page No.# 2/2 under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, seeking bail in connection with Bongaigaon GRPS Case No. 151/2025 under Sections 318(4)/62 of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed as by CS No. 70/2025. 4. The allegation of the petitioner is that he was found loitering at Bongaigaon Railway station and that a piece of golden metal was found in his possession, for which he was arrested. 5. Having regard to the nature of the allegations and the fact that the investigation is over, further detention is not necessary. 6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed. 7. The interim order dated 04.11.2012 is hereby made absolute. 8. It is further provided that the petitioners shall regularly appear when the trial commences. 9.
