The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No.14 of 2025 in N.D.P.S. No.13 of 2025, for offence registered under section 15(c), 17(c), 18(b0, 22,25,29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, pending in court of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Latehar. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that false allegations are made against the petitioners of cultivating poppy plants in the forest area and in gairmazuruwa land and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.13 and she further submits that several persons made accused in that case have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos.4328 of 2025, 4323/2025 and 4562/2025. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of cultivation of poppy plants. 5. Considering that in forest area cultivation of poppy plants was being carried out and coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Latehar, in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No.14 of 2025 in N.D.P.S. No.13 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) SI/
