The Court made the following:
ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not allowing the petitioner to discharge the duties as a Senior Mate in the Office of the 4th respondent in respect of Korrakodu Village, Kuderu Mandal, Ananthapuramu District as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice consequently, direct the respondents 3 and 4 as Senior Mate in the office of the 4th respondent .....”
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare and learned Special Standing Counsel for MGNREGS appearing for respondents. Perused the material on record.
3. Learned Special Standing Counsel would submit that since the appointment of the Petitioner is not done by the appropriate authority,

Petitioner was not allowed to discharge his duties as a Senior Mate in the office of respondent No.4. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this Writ Petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the Petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent authorities to consider his case in case of any vacancy arises.
5. Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation to the respondent authorities and on such representation, respondent authorities may take a decision according to the governing rules and law. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
